This office reference is registered to consider the request made by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge/MACT, Raipur, seeking extension of time of three months for deciding the claim case No.122/2011 (Sewaram v. Suraj Prasad).

By order dated 10-3-2011 passed by this Court in MAC Nos.655, 749 & 1009 of 2008 the subject matter was remitted back with a direction to the Tribunal to decide the claim case as early as possible preferably within a period of six months. When the same was not disposed of within the said time, a request was made by the concerned MACT for extension of time. Since the parties are not represented before this Court in this MCC, the Registry of this Court was directed to enquire from the District Court Establishment, Raipur, about the present status of claim case No.122/2011.

The Registry has telephonically verified from the District Court Establishment, Raipur, who informed that the subject claim case has already been disposed of by the concerned MACT on 11-12-2012.

In view of the above, the MCC is rendered infructuous. It is accordingly disposed of.
