1. Heard.

2. This is the second bail application, the first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 03-12-2020 in MCRC No.6241 of 2020.

3. The applicant has preferred the second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.521/2020, registered at Police Station Sarangarh, District- Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 B of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

4. The applicant was found in possession of 31 kilogram of contraband-Ganja, which is more than commercial quantity.

5. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

6. Learned counsel for the applicant tried to point out the defects in investigation, however, considering the quantity of contraband recovered from the applicant, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
