Agrawal Order On Board 28/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been allocated to State of Chhattisgarh. He is
eligible and entitled to be allocated to the State of Madhya Pradesh for which he has made representation to the respondent No.1 to decide the same, but is pending consideration till now and therefore direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioner is also at liberty to file an additional representation, if any before respondent No.1 for redressal of his grievances.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
