1. The limited relief that the petitioner seeks at this juncture is for a direction to the respondent no.2 to consider the transfer of petitioner from Govt. High School, Parsoda to Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Charama.
2. According to the petitioner, as of now, for the past 3 years the petitioner
has been discharging her duties on 3 weekly days at the Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Charama and therefore she wants herself to be transferred at the said place for which he has already made representation to the respondent no.2. It is further contended that the authorities in the department has also made certain recommendations in favour of the petitioner.
3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
