Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 04/07/2016 The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondents to notify the result of the meeting of Executive Council of respondent University and take decision in the matter accordingly.

According to petitioner's own showing, process of selection ended up in preparation of list by the Selection Committee which was placed by the Selection Committee before the Executive Council of the University. Even according to the petitioner, the matter was placed before the Executive Council on 27/04/2016. The aforesaid disclosure of the fact in the petition shows that the process of selection has not been completed till date and candidature of the petitioner has not been rejected.

Delay in finalisation of process of selection is not so much, as to warrant interference by this Court on the ground of inaction at this stage. This petition is premature and is therefore dismissed at this stage with liberty to revive in case, the petitioner has any cause of action.
