Agrawal Order On Board 07/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application before the respondent No.2State Transport Authority, Raipur for replacement of the vehicle on the route Ambikapur to Aara, but his application is not being considered by the said authority and therefore direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2-State Transport Authority, Raipur is directed to consider and take a decision upon the pending application of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
