Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 14.06.2019 (Annexure P/3) passed by the respondent No. 3 Tehsildar in exercise of power under Section 250 of the Land Revenue Code 1959 (henceforth referred as 'the Code 1959'), the possession of the land was directed to be handed over to the petitioner by dispossessing encroachers namely Murli Manohar Dewangan, Prem Das and Purru. He submits that thereafter though the order has been passed it has not been complied yet, therefore the respondent No. 3 Tehsildar may be directed to carry out the
order pursuant to the provisions of Section 250 of the Code 1959. 2.
After perusal of the order dated 14.06.2019 (Annexure P/3), it appears that the petitioner has been directed to be placed in possession of the land by removing the encroachers from the part of land bearing Khasra No. 2075/4 and 2075/5. In view of such order, the respondent No. 3 Tehsildar is directed to conclude the proceeding pursuant to the statutory mandate of Section 250 of the Code 1959 within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/ direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
