Agrawal Order On Board 11/07/2017 (1) The petitioner's license to run a fare price shop in village Bahinga has been suspended by the respondent No.3-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Janpad Panchayat, Bemetara vide impugned order dated 29.06.2017 and also issued a show cause notice against her to appear and give reply to the show-cause before the trial Court on 14.07.2017 against which this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner herein. (2) Since the petitioner has only challenged the order of suspension to run a fare price shop pending inquiry by competent authority in

Village Bahinga before this Court in which I do not find any jurisdictional error in the impugned order. Consequently, the writ petition deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed to file reply before the respondent No.3-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Janpad Panchayat Bemetara on 14.07.2017 as indicated in show-cause notice.
