Agrawal Order On Board 2 8 /0 8 /201 (1) Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been absorbed by the respondent-Guru Ghasi Das University but the benefit of seniority and other service benefits has not been given to the petitioner, for which he has made representation to the respondent-University but the same have not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(2) Be that as it may, the respondent- Guru Ghasi Das University is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law expeditiously preferable within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law.
