Agrawal Order On Board 13/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for grant benefit of Employees Link Insurance Scheme, which is not being paid by the respondent No.3 for which she has made representation, but the same has not been considered and decided till now.
(2) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider
and decide the petitioner' representation expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
