The defaults pointed out by the Registry in the instant case as of now stand ignored taking into consideration the nature of relief sought for by Petitioner. 2.
With the consent of learned Counsels for the parties, heard the matter finally at admission stage itself.

The limited relief that Petitioner has sought for in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to Respondents to consider his claim for regularization.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was appointed as a daily wage worker and has been working as a Part Time Sweeper since 2009 continuously under the Respondents without any complaint or dissatisfactory performance.

Contention of learned Counsel for Petitioner is that now when the Petitioner has put in more than 12 years of service, the Respondents may consider regularizing his services in terms of the Circular dated 5.3.2008 issued by the State Government in respect of regularization of daily wage workers. 6.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of Petitioner, since the prayer of Petitioner is only to decide the representation that he has already made to the Respondents, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the Respondents to take an appropriate decision on the
claim of Petitioner in accordance with law and the Circulars governing the field, at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
