This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to consider posting of the petitioner and his wife together at one place.

The petitioner is posted as a teacher and his wife has also been posted as teacher at place within only 60k.m. away from petitioner's place of posting.

It is stated that the representation has been made to the Chief

Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Janjgir-Champa. Without commenting upon merits, considering that there is policy of the Government to keep the husband and wife together as far as possible and subject to administrative exigency and public interest, as and when the transfers take place, the representation of the petitioner shall be taken into consideration by the competent authority. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
