Grievance of the petitioner is that land of the father of the petitioner was acquired for project of the SECL and as per the Rehabilitation Policy, 2012, the petitioner is entitled to be absorbed in the job. Learned counsel for the petitioner has already filed an application to the State and the SECL by Annexure P-4 on the ground that 2.023 hectares i.e. 5.01 acres of land have been acquired, therefore the petitioner is entitled to be absorbed in job. It is contended that the application so filed by the petitioner Annexure P-4 may be directed to be decided by a
speaking order according to the existing policy. 2.
Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, without any observation on the merits at this stage, it is directed that the respondent/authorities shall decide the application of the petitioner for the job within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
