Learned counsel for the petitioner takes serious objection to the correctness of the decision by submitting that while passing the order, the authority has not properly appreciated the effect and impact of the direction issued by this Court earlier, under which, the respondent was required to decide the matter. 3.

Arguments, in substance, is with regard to correctness of the order. The authority has passed an order. It cannot be said to be willfull disobedience of the order of this Court.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the correctness of the order, this contempt petition is liable to be closed and is accordingly closed. Rule is discharged.
