1. The relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent no.1 to take a decision on the representation that the petitioner has filed.

2. To the limited relief sought for, State counsel does not have any objection.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no.1 i.e. the Collector, District Raipur to take an appropriate decision on the pending representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent no.1 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
