1. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.28/2020 registered at Police Station Gatapar Jangle, District Rajnandgaon (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506 of the IPC and Section 5(B ), 6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
2. Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant even in two rounds, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the bail application for want of prosecution.
