1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by her non-selection on the post of Aanganbadi Worker/Sahayika.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that later on ,the petitioner came to know that someone has been appointed.

3. Therefore, in these circumstances, this petition in its present form, is not maintainable.

4. In case the petitioner intends to challenge the appointment, proper petition may

-2be filed by impleading the person who has been appointed rejecting candidature of the petitioner.

5. The petition is accordingly disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file proper petition.
