The grievance of the petitioner seems to the removal of the petitioner from the post of Rojgar Sahayak.

The order of removal is dated 27.06.2019, which would show that the present writ petition has been filed after a period of more than 1 1⁄2 years.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has made repeated representations to the authorities concerned, but those are not being decided.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has and the representations that he has been making for long, this Court is of the opinion that it would be more appropriate if the petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and in case if the petitioner prefers an appeal, the Appellate Authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
