Learned counsel for respondent No.3 would submit that steps are being taken for construction of culvert/drainage to

prevent water logging in the petitioner society. 3.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.3 be directed to comply with the affidavit filed by the said respondent.

Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to proceed in the lines with the affidavit filed before this Court expeditiously.
