Agrawal Order On Board 31/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the penalty of Rs.1,31,500/- has been imposed against the petitioner by respondent No.1 on 05.11.2004, filed as Annexure P/1 and, thereafter, the petitioner was acquitted from all charges levelled against him vide order dated 23.12.2014 and, therefore, he may be allowed to make representation before respondent No.1 for redressal of his grievances.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before respondent No.1 for redressal of his grievances. If the petitioner files representation before the respondent No.1, in that event respondent No.1 shall consider and decide the same keeping in view the order passed by the competent court on 23.12.2014 acquitting the petitioner from all charges levelled against him, expeditiously from the date of receipt of representation.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
