The present MCC has been filed by Applicant/Petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 15.2.2021 passed by this Court in WPS No. 461/2021.

Learned Counsel for Applicant submits that the modification sought for is to the extent of the name of the father of Applicant which has got wrongly been mentioned in the WPS No. 461/2021 so also in the order dated 15.2.2021 passed in the said Writ Petition. According to learned Counsel for Applicant, the actual name of the father of Applicant is "Dhanaji Ram Dhruv" whereas in the WPS No. 461/2021 so also in the order dated 15.2.2021 the name of the father of Applicant has wrongly been mentioned as "Pila Ram Prajapati" which requires modification. 3.

Learned Counsel for Applicant further makes an oral request to the extent of modification of the residential address of Applicant which has also been wrongly mentioned in the WPS No. 461/2021 so also in the order dated 15.2.2021. According to him, the correct residential address of Applicant is "R/o Village Dhourabhata, P.S. Arjuni, District Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh", which has got wrongly typed as "R/o Ward No.07, Belarbahara, PIN 493778, District Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh". Learned Counsel for Applicant therefore submits that since the above clerical error occurred on the part of his office, he may be permitted to also carry out necessary amendments in the records of WPS No. 461.2021.

Learned State Counsel does not have any objection in this regard. 5.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the Order dated 15.2.2021 passed in WPS No. 461/2021 the name of the father of Applicant shall be read as "Dhanaji Ram Dhruv" instead of "Pila Ram Prajapati" as well as the address of the Applicant shall also be read as "R/o Village Dhourabhata, P.S. Arjuni, District Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh" instead of "R/o Ward No.07, Belarbahara, PIN 493778, District Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh".

Applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the record of WPS No. 461/2021 and for which the Additional Registrar (Judicial) is directed to make available the record of the said Writ Petition for carrying out the necessary amendments by Applicant.

Let this order may also be made a part of Order dated 15.2.2021 passed in WPS No. 461/2021.
