1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for benefit of Rule 22 D of the Fundamental Rules from the date of his promotion on the post of Lecturer, which has been denied by the respondents and for which he may be allowed to a make a representation before the respondent authorities.

2. Learned Deputy Advocate General for the respondents/State would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered and decided by the Secretary, School Education Department, State of Chhattisgarh expeditiously.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the Secretary, School Education

Department, State of Chhattisgarh within two weeks from today with regard to benefit of Rule 22 D of Fundamental Rules on the post of Lecturer and the Secretary, School Education Department, State of Chhattisgarh shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within three months from the date of its receipt along with a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to file relevant decisions in support of his case.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
