Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 2 8 / 11 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner was appointed as Part Time Manager in the Prathmik Laghu Vanopaj Sahakari Samiti Maryadit, therefore, against the order of termination, the petitioner has remedy to raise the dispute under Section 64(2)(v) of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (henceforth "Act, 1960" ). (2) In view of above, counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to raise dispute under Section 64(2)(v) of the Act, 1960 before the
competent authority and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. (4) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefer dispute under Section 64(2)(v) of the Act, 1960 before the competent authority within a period of one month from today, the same will be considered and decided by the authority concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of its presentation after hearing the afffected parties in accordance with law on its own merit.
(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
