Agrawal Order On Board 13.07.2017 (1) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 05.07.2017 passed by respondent No.4-District Program Officer, Department of Women and Child Development, Bilaspur. (2) According to the agreement dated 18.09.2015 clause-14, the

case is referable to the Committee constituted by the District Collector for adjudication of dispute.

(3) In view of above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition. Consequently, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Committee constituted by District Collector for redressal of her grievance, if any.
