1. Heard.

2. The applicant has filed this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 302/2016 registered at Chirmiri, District Korea C.G. for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 120-B of Indian Penal Code.

3. On going through the record, it is manifest that the first bail application of the applicant has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 24-11-2017 passed in M.Cr.C.No.5369/2017 reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to repeat the prayer after examination of the complainant Panchram and victim Kalam Sai.

4. In view of the fact that this application was wrongly filed as first bail application, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.

5. In view of the prayer made, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
