Grievance of the petitioner was that without acquiring the land of the petitioner, Highway was being constructed over the land. 2.

It is contended by the petitioner that today the reply has been filed by the State wherein in the demarcation, the land of the petitioner has been shown to be enveloped for construction of Highway for which a notification was issued on 22.02.2019. Counsel for the petitioner referred to the notification and submits that the land of the petitioner bearing Khasra No.410/2 at village Bodsara has been notified.

In view of such notification made by the respondents, the grievance of the petitioner has been redress at this stage. The petitioner if so aggrieved in future may avail the appropriate remedy which may be available to him under the law.
