Taking into consideration the nature of dispute and the interim relief earlier granted to the Petitioner on 21.12.2011, by efflux of time the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he does not want to press the Writ Petition at this juncture, seeking a liberty to initiate fresh petition in case if need so arises.
