This writ appeal arises out of order dated 14/01/2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPC No.75/2019.
Learned counsel for the appellant could not dispute that the issue raised in this appeal is one pending consideration before this Court in another suo motu petition bearing WPC No.1333/2018 pursuant to the direction issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
In view of that undisputed position, we do not find any ground to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
This appeal is accordingly dismissed.
