1. This is third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested on 30.04.2020 in connection with Crime No.14/2020 registered at Police Station

Chando, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 21-C of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act.

2. Second bail application was rejected on 11.12.2020.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant at length, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this third bail application.

Accordingly, third bail application is also rejected. However, learned Special Judge is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
