1. By this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner is challenging the impugned order dated 21/23.05.2016 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Dipka Area, Distt. Korba (C.G) to Johila Area, Distt. Naurajabad.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is working as Clerk Grade-1 in SECL and is suffering from severe Kidney problem, therefore, he is undergoing medical treatment on doctors advice. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during course of his treatment, all of a sudden he was transferred on 21.05.2016 from Dipka Area, SECL to Johila Area, District Naurajabad (M.P.) and he was subsequently relieved on 26.5.2016 unilaterally though the petitioner is on medical leave.

3. Perused the documents filed alongwith the petition. Prima facie it shows that the petitioner is undergoing treatment for kidney problem in various hospitals.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already been relieved by order dated 26.05.2016 and the order of transfer shows that it is on administrative exigency, the petitioner is granted liberty to make representation raising all his grievances before respondent No.1 within a further period of 4 weeks. In the event of such representation being filed, respondent No.1 shall consider and decide the same by passing a detailed order within a further period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

5. With such observation/direction, this petition stands finally disposed of.
