2 MCC No. 220 of 2019 Order On Board By Hon'ble Justice Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra 12/03/2019 1.

This is an application for restoration of WPT No.249/2018, which was dismissed for non compliance of the Court order dated 16.01.2019.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPT No.249/2018 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject however on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund within a period of one week from today.

It is made clear that if the cost is not paid within a week, this order shall lose its efficacy.
