In view of conscious decision taken by the contemnor deciding the petitioner's representation keeping in view the order dated 20-4-2017 (para 3) passed in WPS No.1873 of 2017, the contempt has been purged. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order passed by the contemnor and seeks change in his posting he may prefer a petition afresh before this Court.
