Agrawal Order On Board 17/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an application to the respondent No.2Director, Urban Administration and Development Department, Raipur to cancel the allotment of Dr.Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Bhawan, Sarguja Sadan and Rajmohini Bhawan as made in favour

of the respondents No.5 & 6, but no action has been taken by the said authority till this date.

(2) Prayer appears to be and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2-Director, Urban Administration and Development Department, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties, expeditiously strictly in accordance with law.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
