1) The petitioner has preferred this revision petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 of CrPC against the order dated 22.02.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.) Baikunthpur, District- Koria (C.G.) In Session Trial No. 32/2021 whereby charge under Section 376 (2) (n) has been framed against the present petitioner.

2) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this revision petition.

3) Permission granted.
