PUD has been received from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur (C.G.) with a request for extension of time to dispose of the trial in the matter of State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Sagar Nayak & another.

Mr. Sudeep Verma, Dy. Govt. Advocate for the State would submit that finally the trial has been concluded and the accused has been acquitted, therefore, the present petition for extension of time has lost its efficacy and has become infructuous.
