This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging willful disobedience of order dated 12.05.2016. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite clarification given by this Court on 12.05.2016, no order is being issued in favour of the petitioner, who happened to be respondent in the writ petition.

This Court only clarified the order that interim order does not come in the way of respondent No.3 in making any alternative arrangement or making allotment either in favour of respondent No.5 therein / applicant herein. There is no direction, as such, no case for willful disobedience is made out.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
