This MCC is filed for restoration of the FAM No.30 of 2015 3.

Earlier on 24.02.2020 said FAM No.30 of 2015 was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and reasons assigned in the instant MCC, this court is satisfied that on 24.02.2020 when the said FAM was called for hearing counsel for the appellant was prevented to appear before this Court due to just and sufficient ground. 5.

Instant MCC is allowed and said FAM is restored in its original number subject to condition that appellant shall pay Rs.1,000 as cost to the respondent.
