1. This petition under Article 227 has not been brought against any specific order and there is only a prayer for issuance of direction to expedite the execution proceeding in Execution Case No.8-A/2019.

2. The petitioner has a decree in his favour dated 08.12.2014 in Civil Suit No.323 of 2014, by which the Suit was partially allowed and relief was granted to the petitioner. First Appeal was preferred before this Court which was registered as F.A. No.04 of 2015, the same was disposed off and the decree in the favour of the petitioner has been modified. The petitioner then filed application for execution on 01.02.2019. The proceeding in this Execution Case is pending without any progress. The

-2learned Execution Court is not making any effort for speedy disposal of this Execution Case. Hence, this petition.

3. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage. Learned Execution Court is directed to expedite the proceeding in the Execution Case mentioned hereinabove and conclude the proceeding within a period of 06 months from the date this order is passed.
