Agrawal Order On Board 24/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made application for regularization of unauthorized development before the competent authority, which has not been considered and decided till now and therefore, direction may be issued to the competent authority to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, the competent authority is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner for regularization of unauthorized construction expeditiously preferably within a period of
three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (4) For a period of three months, the Municipal Corporation would not be proceed to demolish the godown of the petitioner. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
