The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.114/2016 registered in Police Station Ganj Distt: Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 436 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, over a dispute the applicant on 2/05/2016 set ablaze shop of Mohd. Firoj Khan near the station whereby the daily usable goods and shop were burnt causing loss of Rs.40,000/-. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a minor, he is in jail since 2/05/2016 and no further investigation is required, he may be enlarged on bail.

Learned State counsel was directed to call for the report of the Probation Officer.

Taking into fact that the applicant is shown to be a minor report of the Probation Officer is received which suggest that the applicant may be given one chance to join to the main stream. Considering the facts of this

case and report of the Probation Officer of the observation home, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on furnishing security of his mother for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
