This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.127/2014, registered at Police Station Abhanpur, District Raipur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of C.G. Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the applicants seek to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file bail application after decision of other criminal case relating to excise offence.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
