1. The present petition is being preferred against the order dated 07/05/2016, whereby the Court below in an execution proceeding has directed the nonapplicant in paying the arrears of maintenance amount to the present applicant on early installment. According to learned counsel for the applicant the Court below ought to have ensured that the non-applicant complies with the order at the earliest and thereafter the arrears of maintenance amount due to the present applicant should be provided to the applicant at the earliest or else the object in getting an order of maintenance against the non-applicant gets frustrated or defeated.

2. Counsel for the applicant prays for a limited direction to the trial Court so as to ensure that the entire arrears of maintenance due is cleared at the earliest on the arrears have already reached about Rs.90,000/-.

3. Without entering into merits of the case or going into technicalities, the present revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to ensure that the non-applicant makes the clearance of the arrears of payment to be paid to the applicant at the earliest.
