Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 21/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's house has already been demolished by respondent No.5-Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Kosmanda.
(2) Since the petitioner's house has already been demolished by respondent No.5-Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Kosmanda, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition. However, the
petitioner is at liberty to approach before the jurisdictional civil court for appropriate relief along with application for temporary injunction. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
