1. Shri Ravi Kumar Bhagat, appearing for the respondents submits that the posting of petitioner in the Food Department has been restored and the petitioner presently is working as Deputy Director at Secretariate. He further submits that the petitioner has also been granted all his salary for the intervening period as such the respondents have purged the contempt.
2. This fact of the petitioner being retained in the Food Department is not disputed by the Counsel for the Respondents.
3. Given the said facts, this Court is of the opinion that the order of this Court stands duly complied with as such the contempt petition is disposed of and the respondents are discharged from the contempt
-2proceedings. The petitioner would be at liberty to avail other remedies open for the writ petition that is pending.
