Heard learned counsel for the Appellant, learned Deputy Government Advocate for the State and learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Appeal has been preferred against the order dated 22.10.2018 in which the learned Single Judge is yet to hear the matter on merits and decided. 3.

We do not find any reason as such to interfere with the order as there nothing adverse as such emerges. Learned Single Judge has already fixed the date for hearing the matter for final adjudication.

In view of the same, appeal is dismissed.
