Agrawal Order On Board 25/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for refund of the tuition fees paid by her by the respondent authorities on account of green card holder in the light of decision passed by this Court in the matter of State of Chhattisgarh and Others Vs. Dr.(Major) Thakur Ajit Singh & Others in Writ Appeal No.42 of 2011 and another connected matter, decided on 04th April, 2014.

(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation along with copy of order dated 04th April, 2014 passed by this Court before the competent authority. If such representation is

filed by the petitioner along with copy of order dated 04th April, 2014 before the competent authority and in turn, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same expeditiously. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
