Heard on application for restoration of First Appeal No. 108 of 2005 which was dismissed on 08.02.2019 for want of prosecution.

On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of FA No. 108 of 2005.

Accordingly, MCC No. 259 of 2019 is allowed. FA No. 108 of 2005 is restored to its original number and list it on 15th April, 2019 for final hearing.

A copy of this order be placed in the original file of FA No. 108 of 2005.
