Learned counsel for the applicant has made submission for grant of interim custody of the vehicle seized.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the submission made and submits that the applicant himself is one of the co-accused in the case concerned and the trial is on conclusion stage, therefore, grant of interim custody at this stage appears to inappropriate. 3.
At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this criminal revision and also seeks direction for the Court concerned to expedite the trial in the case.

It is not admitted matter, therefore, on the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant this revision petition is disposed off and dismissed as withdrawn. Learned trial Court is directed to conclude the proceeding in the trial pending against this applicant and others and conclude the same preferably within a period of three months.
