(2) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and delay in filing the review petition is hereby condoned. (3) The petitioners have filed this petition for review of the order dated 10.12.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No.5299/2011.

(4) Para-13 of this Court order dated 10.12.2015 passed in Writ Petition (S) No.5299 of 2011 be read as follow:-

13. Consequently, the writ petition is allowed and it is held that the petitioner is entitled for superannuation benefits. The entire amount that the petitioner is found entitled to along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum should be disbursed to the petitioner within 10 weeks from the date of receipt/communication of this order. No order as to cost(s). (5) With the aforesaid clarification, the review petition stands finally disposed off. Other contents of order dated 10.12.2015 shall remain intact.

(6) The copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties.
