Hon'ble Shri Justice Chandra Bhushan Bajpai Order 21/07/2015 Heard on instant Cr.M.P. preferred within its limitation with a prayer to restore Criminal Revision No.164 of 2015 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 30.4.2015 as none appeared to represent the appellant when the case is called up for hearing due to oversight of the cause list.

On due consideration, the present Cr.M.P. is hereby allowed. 3.

It is ordered that Criminal Revision No.164 of 2015 (Hariram Patel vs. Jamuna Patel), which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 30.4.2015 is restored to its original number. No order as to cost. 4.

The Cr.M.P. is allowed.
